If your purchase does not fully satisfy your expectations, we kindly invite you to follow the procedures below.

 Try Before You Buy

We offer a “Try Before You Buy” service upon delivery. Customers are encouraged to inspect and try on their items while the courier is present.

Important Refund & Exchange Condition

Once the courier leaves the delivery location, the order is considered accepted and finalized.

Therefore:
• No return, No Exchange will be accepted after the courier has departed.
• Customers must check the item carefully upon delivery for:
   - Size and fit
   - Color and design
   - Order accuracy

Delicate Fabric Notice

Our garments may include delicate materials such as chiffon, lace, plissé, satin, embroidery, and handcrafted details. These fabrics require gentle handling and may be easily damaged if improperly worn, washed, or stored.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returned items that:
• Show signs of wear, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or washing
• Have been altered or damaged upon trial.
• Are missing original packaging or tags

Refused items:

If you refuse delivery of your order, whether because an item doesn’t fit or for any other reason, you will still be required to pay the original shipping fee to cover the delivery service.

Partial Refusal:

Please note that our courier partners do not support partial returns from the same shipment of a multiple-purchase package.  In such case,  if you wish to return selected items from your order, you are kindly requested to return the whole package on spot and place another order.

Please note that we reserve the right to inspect the returned items as per our conditions.

 Return Eligibility

Item Condition

All returned items must be in their original, unused & flawless condition with their original tags and packaging intact.

Fees

Returns are free.

Returned orders are subject to a full shipping charge, with the final fee calculated according to your shipping destination.

Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method of the original payment.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Exchange Policy.
